This black loose leaf tea from Kenya has been produced in the area East of the Rift. It’s an orthodox pekoe, which means it’s been produced in the traditional way and offers a more ‘authentic’ tea experience. It’s an aromatic and high grown quality tea from the slopes of Mount Kenya.

This beautiful Kenyan black tea is full-bodied, robust, and strong. Once brewed you’re left with a bright golden liquor that is delicious at breakfast and throughout the day.

We recommend using freshly drawn water and brewing it for at least 3 minutes. This tea can be enjoyed with or without milk.

For a slightly lighter black tea we recommend the Ceylon High Grown OP1. If you’re after a really strong tea then try the broken orange pekoe from Assam. Or for a well-rounded cuppa, our blend of English Breakfast tea is always a winner.
