All of our black teas are decaffeinated using the CO2 method. This gentle method of decaffeination helps to retain the greatest flavour whilst removing around 98% of caffeine present in the tea leaves. 

This method also retains 92% of all polyphenols found within the tea leaves, which are packed full of antioxidants and wellness boosting nutrients!
