Shipping policy

• We endeavour to ship orders the same day for all orders placed before 2pm.
• We ship Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
• If you order after 2pm on a Friday it will be shipped the following Monday (unless it’s a Bank Holiday).

Delivery Fees

• Royal Mail 2 – 3 Business Day Delivery: FREE for all orders £30 and above.
• Royal Mail 2 – 3 Business Day Delivery: We charge a flat rate fee of £5.00 on all orders under £30.
• We currently don’t offer a next day courier service.
• Click & Collect: Click & Collect is available from our Eastbourne store, which is located on the upper level of the Enterprise Shopping Centre, BN21 1BD. Please call 01323 885 233 prior to visiting.
