Jasmine Pearls Green Tea

How does the green tea get the Jasmine Aroma?

The green tea is layered with fresh, night blooming jasmine flowers over several nights. This close contact allows the green tea to infuse with the Jasmine giving it a delicious Jasmine scent. 

The aroma and taste of our Jasmine Pearls is deeper and fuller than our Jasmine leaf scented tea and is of superior taste and quality. 

How do you prepare Jasmine Pearls for the perfect cup?

When preparing Jasmine Pearls you need to take care. Four or five Jasmine Pearls is normally enough per serving. You can either brew them in a Chinese Gaiwan, a traditional (western) teapot, or an infuser. The important thing to remember is like with other green teas, they are sensitive to boiling water. They need to be brewed at 80°C for up to 3 minutes using freshly drawn water. If you don't have a temperature controlled kettle, then wait a couple of minutes after the kettle has boiled to ensure the water temperature isn't too high.
