Premium Elderflower & Rose Green Tea

Our blend of Elderflower & Rose loose leaf green tea is light, floral, and super refreshing. The dark green rolled Chinese Yunnan green tea leaves, short green shards of lemongrass, small yellow elderflowers, and pink and purple rose petals create a yellow liquor that smells and tastes divine.

This perfectly balanced loose leaf green tea infusion is perfect on long hot summer days and all year round.

How do I brew this tea?

Be careful to look after this light and fragrant green tea when preparing it. Boiling water will scorch it and make it taste slightly bitter. It should be brewed in fresh water at 80°C for up to three minutes. If you don’t have a temperature-controlled kettle (or a food thermometer) we recommend waiting a couple of minutes after the water has boiled.
