Elderflower + Rose Green Tea Loose

Our blend of Elderflower + Rose loose green tea is light, floral, and super refreshing. The dark green rolled Chinese Yunnan green tea leaves, short green shards of lemongrass, small yellow elderflowers, and pink and purple rose petals create a yellow liquor that smells and tastes divine.

This perfectly balanced loose green tea infusion is perfect on long hot summer days and all year round.

Be careful to look after this one when brewing. As with other green teas it’s sensitive to boiling water (they just don’t like it) and it will scorch making it taste slightly bitter.

It needs to be brewed for 3 minutes using fresh water at 80°C. If you don’t have a swanky temperature-controlled kettle (or a food thermometer), then we recommend carefully opening the lid of the kettle once it has boiled and waiting a few minutes before pouring.
