White Tea Fruit Infusion

Our Blue and White Tea fruit infusion simply tastes out of this world. We’ve created this beautiful fruity tea by blending Pai Mu Tan white tea with among other things blueberries, elderberries, hibiscus, and rosehip (see full ingredient list below). As soon as you open the packet, you will be instantly greeted with a delicious, sweet, and refreshing aroma that makes you want to brew a cup straight away.

Once brewed, the liquor is a beautiful rose pink colour that glows in the cup. The flavour is sensational and tastes like it smells. It’s sweet, fruity, and super refreshing, and an absolute delight.

Whats the best way to brew it (hot and iced tea)?

We recommend brewing this tea using freshly drawn water at 80°C for around 3 minutes. If you’re going for the iced option, then use about 10 – 12g of tea per litre of hot water. Again, brew at 80°C for around 3 minutes. When done, strain and allow to cool. Then pop it in the fridge or serve over ice.
