Banana Berry Fruit Tea 

Say hello to Banana Berry Fruit Tea, a sweet, tangy, and fruity sensation. TEA23’s Founder got the inspiration for this fruit tea from his days working in a restaurant. During service, the team used to mix together strawberry and banana fruit juices and serve over ice for a delicious fruity cocktail that helped to energise everyone.

Our Banana Berry Tea pays homage to that particular drink and the good old days. It pairs strawberry and banana with apple pieces, hibiscus and rosehip (see full ingredient list below) to create a mouth-watering deep pink liqueur bursting with flavour. The initial sweet and tangy taste of strawberry is quickly followed by the banana’s more mellow notes. Together they create a delicious, well-balanced, and sumptuous fruit tea.

Our banana and strawberry fruit infusion, which is naturally caffeine free, should be brewed for at least 3 minutes using freshly drawn water at 100°C. That said, we recommend leaving it for as long is possible (5 or 6 minutes if you have the patience) for a more intense flavour sensation.

Beautiful Hot and Over Ice

Although our blend of banana and strawberry fruit tea was created to be enjoyed hot, it's also a delicious caffeine-free iced tea. To make it, use one tablespoon of tea to a full kettle of hot water. Let it brew for at least 3 minutes, or for a really intense flavour, allow it cool and then strain. 

We recommend keeping a jug or a bottle in the fridge so you can stay hydrated on those long and hot summer days. It’s a delicious iced-tea for kids and adults alike. It’s also the perfect base for home-made ice lollies.
