Unlike our signature blend of loose leaf English Breakfast Tea, which has been finessed, this carefully sourced Assam Tea is all about strength. We prefer it with a dash of milk or something milky. If you're not into cow's milk, then oat milks such as Oatly complement this tea's deep and rich malty notes. 

Recommended Brewing for Pure Assam Tea

We recommend brewing it for at least 3 minutes using freshly drawn water at 100°C. If you want more strength and astringency, then allow it to brew a little longer.
