The Best way to brew it

We recommend using fresh water at 100°C degrees and brewing it for at least 3 mins. Use one teaspoon per serving. If you want to cold brew this tea, then flash brew it first. To do this, pour boiling water over the tea leaves until they're just about covered with water. Wait at least 30 seconds before adding cold water. Use approximately one tablespoon of tea per litre of water. Brew over night for great results.
