Four or five Jasmine Pearls is normally enough per serving. You can either brew them in a Chinese Gaiwan, a traditional (western) teapot, or an infuser. The important thing to remember is like with other green teas, they are sensitive to boiling water. They need to be brewed at 80°C for up to 3 minutes using freshly drawn water.
